CULTURAL DIPLOMACY & THE ARTS IN TIMES OF UNCERTAINTY (8-9 October, 2026)
The University of Arts in Belgrade, in collaboration with its partner institutions, is organizing the international conference “Cultural Diplomacy and the Arts in Times of Global Uncertainty”, to be held on 8 and 9 October 2026.
The conference brings together experts, policymakers, diplomats, artists, and cultural practitioners to examine, from diverse perspectives, the relationship between cultural diplomacy and the arts in contemporary contexts of crisis.
The conference aims to foster critical dialogue on how artistic practices, cultural policies, and institutions respond to global challenges and contribute to shaping new forms of international cooperation, communication, and understanding.
